Hi, I'm Roxanne and I am currently studying Weight Management, but have been helping clients with healthy eating advice at Ignition Fitness for the last 4 years. 

I also live a double life as a personal trainer and a mum of 2 under 4 years so I have good grasp on healthy eating while juggling life and training while not missing out.

I enjoy all types of food, mostly like eating clean, but have been known to take part in the odd cherry ripe. Balance is the key to any great lifestyle (let’s not call it a diet) and is often hard to obtain. Too often than not I hear clients say that they are all or nothing, which unfortunately will never end well as they have probably, been both a number of times.

Food is meant to be enjoyed, but let’s not forget that our bodies require plenty of micronutrients to perform at its maximum function. You can actually have both- great tasting food that is good for you. So let me help you develop a plan that caters to your tastes and that will help you reach your goals.

 

What is a Food Coach?

With all the information out there on the internet, tv and magazines- why doesn’t everyone eat healthy?

Some people are unsure or confused about how they should go about it, have slipped into to old habits or they are just simply unmotivated.

 

A Food Coach can guide you on eating to lose weight, increase energy levels, gain muscle and to increase all over health. Plus you will have a close personal relation with your food coach, constantly in touch via email or text message, to help you stay on track.
